David Letterman announces 2015 retirement



David Letterman is retiring. That’s the news today coming from Mark Mills, a musician performing tonight on Late Show. Mills has stated that Letterman revealed the information during tonight’s taping.

This comes just a few months after Jay Leno retired after hosting The Tonight Show for 22 non-consecutive years. Letterman has also recently surpassed the late great Johnny Carson for longest serving host in late night.
