Fox Releases two “Gotham” Images

Late this week, Fox released two promotional images for Gotham on their official Facebook page. The photos introduce Batman and comic book fans to two of the show’s main cast members in the Batman origin series.

The first image is of young Jim Gordon’s partner, Detective Harvey Bullock (Donal Logue). He is described as “rough-around-the-edges” and “plays loose with police procedure, but gets results — and he does so with old-school, hard-ass panache.”

The second image is of a teenage Selina Kyle, portrayed by Camren Bicondova. The future Catwoman is described as “a teenage orphan who is suspicious and wholly unpredictable. A street thief and skilled pickpocket, she’s dangerous when cornered.”

One of the most noteworthy things about this particular image is the placement of two buildings in Gotham’s skyline that resemble cat ears behind Selina’s head, foreshadowing her destiny.

  1. Hopefully the producers won’t be lazy when it comes to the show and give him and Gordon GCPD badges. Then again, in Law & Order: Criminal Intent, they gave Detective Wheeler the same numbered badge that Detective Barek had in the previous season and not many really noticed.
