One day before the Academy Award Winners were announced, the awards for the Golden Raspberry were awarded. Although Adam Sandler’s Grown Ups 2 earned nine nominations, the film was shut out of all categories it was nominated for. Two films tied for the most wins: Will Smith’s After Earth and the sketch comedy anthology film Movie 43, with 3 wins each. Movie 43 won Worst Picture, Worst Director(s) and Worst Screenplay while After Earth won Worst Actor (Will Smith), Supporting Actor (Jaden Smith), and Worst Screen Couple (again, Will & Jaden).
