It has been announced that the CW has given early renewals to five series. Here is the breakdown on the series:

The Vampire Diaries: Renewed for its 3rd season, ~3.3 million viewers

Gossip Girl: Renewed for a fifth season, ~1.6 million viewers

90210: Renewed for its fourth year, ~1.8 million viewers

Supernatural: Renewed for the show’s seventh season, becoming the flagship serialized show for the CW if One Tree Hill isn’t renewed , ~2.2 million viewers

America’s Next Top Model: Renewed for its 17th cycle which will be an All-Star cycle

It still remains to be seen what will happen to Hellcats, Nikita, and the aforementioned One Tree Hill.
