It seems like USA is just a few short steps from renewing Fairly Legal for a second season. Stars Sarah Shahi and Michael Trucco will be appearing at USA’s upfronts on May 2nd along with many other USA stars.

Upfronts are typically held for advertisers to invest in the shows, so if Fairly Legal was indeed canceled, it would be odd for them to send Shahi and Trucco to the event. But it is not like the show shouldn’t be reviewed. While the pilot didn’t have the best critic’s reviews, the rest of the season’s episodes had crafty writers and maintained high ratings.
