Charlie Sheen into rehab, “Two and a Half Men” shuts down production

After weeks of partying and distracting shenanigans, Charlie Sheen has checked himself into rehab, effectively shutting down production of Two and a Half Men until he cleans up. Only two new episodes are in the can ready to air, and those will hit in early February.

How long will CBS be without its number one sitcom? Due to Sheen’s past problems with drugs and alcohol, he could be in rehab for weeks or months, which could keep the show off the air for most of the current season. However, the show could use Alan (Jon Cryer) and Herb (Ryan Stiles) as the leads until Sheen comes back. But that scenario probably isn’t likely.

Keep it tuned here for updates on Sheen as well as Two and a Half Men.

What do you guys think about Charlie Sheen entering rehab? Does this good sign for his personal life signal bad news for the show? Sound off!
