“Parker Spitzer” finishes last for CNN

I don’t think it comes to any surprise that Parker Spitzer failed to attract an audience on CNN last night. At a little over 450,000 viewers, the show was behind Countdown with Keith Olbermann (1.1 million), The O’Reilly Factor (3.1 million), and Nancy Grace (468,000).

While many think CNN has been heading down the ratings hole for a few years now (hence why Larry King is retiring), I really don’t think CNN was smart putting Spitzer on his own talk show (especially with his past). Only time will tell how long this series lasts…it probably will turn out like John McEnroe’s CNBC show. You don’t remember it? Neither does most of America.
