Today we have the first news on the DVD/Blu-ray release of the action-epic, The Expendables. The film will be released in a 3-disc Blu-ray version and a one disc DVD.

Extras on the DVD will include audio commentary by director Sylvester Stallone, “Before the Battle” featurette, a deleted scene, gag reel, and trailer.

Extras on the 3-disc Blu-ray will include all of the above as well as “The Expendables: Ultimate Recon Mode” in-movie BonusView, 2010 Comic Con panel, a feature-length ‘making of’ documentary, a post production documentary, a DVD copy and digital copy of the film.

The Expendables will be released in both formats on November 23rd, just in time for Thanksgiving, as this is a perfect holiday movie.
