It was a busy box office weekend for three new films, but Ben Affleck’s new movie The Town came out on top. Emma Stone showed her star power as her new comedy Easy A debuted strong at number two. The new film from M. Night Shyamalan, Devil placed a somewhat distant third, with Resident Evil: Afterlife coming in at fourth, and the new CGI 3D film Alpha and Omega rounds out the top five.
