If you have seen Law & Order: Criminal Intent for the past few seasons, you have noticed that the detectives are rotated every other week. Law & Order: Los Angeles will take the same practice in the courtroom, as film star Terrence Howard has signed on to play a Deputy District Attorney, who will rotate every other week with Alfred Molina.
Also signing on to the series is Corey Stoll, who will play the other detective, being paired with Skeet Ulrich. Stoll can be seen currently in the new film Salt.
The series still needs to cast a commanding officer, an Assistant District Attorney, and possible the District Attorney (although reports so far indicate this could just be a recurring role). The start of the series has also been pushed back a week, to September 29th.
