For those of you who bought Volume Eight of Family Guy saw a little advertisement for a ‘barely legal’ DVD coming in the fall. That release is being titled “Partial Terms of Endearment – Banned from TV!” which will include that episode plus The Seth and Alex Almost-Live Comedy Show special that aired earlier in the year. The release will be available September 28th.
There will be deleted scenes from both the episode and the special, a commentary track for the episode, “Family Guy Live and Uncensored” Table Read, plus an Animatic for the episode. *EDIT on 9/28* – The karaoke feature for the DVD features 9 songs, and is included on the same DVD as everything else.
The studio description follows, with the cover art added beneath.
The jokes stretch from here to maternity in the hilariously offensive Family Guy episode you couldn’t see on television! Now legal to own (but just barely), Partial Terms of Endearment is a freakin’ poignant tale of what happens when Lois agrees – against Peter’s wishes – to become a surrogate mother for an infertile couple. You’ll laugh, you’ll cry…it’s your choice!

I swear on my life I have seen this on TV before and I live in the States
You might have since the DVD was released. Adult Swim probably aired it around 6 months after the DVD hit stores.
