The sequel to Kung Fu Panda is building up a very impressive cast so far. All will be returning from the original film, Jack Black, Angelina Jolie, Seth Rogen, Dustin Hoffman, Lucy Liu, Jackie Chan, and David Cross. Now there is news that Jean Claude Van Damme (JCVD), Michelle Yeoh (Tomorrow Never Dies), Victor Garber (Alias) and Gary Oldman (The Dark Knight) will all be joining the cast for the sequel.
Van Damme and Garber will be the voices of two masters introduced in the sequel, Croc and Thundering Rhino. Yeoh will voice “The Soothsayer,” who is a goat…obviously. Oldman will be voicing Peacock.
In the sequel, “Po goes on an amazing personal journey and we are thrilled to have assembled such a talented and well-respected group of actors to bring to life our new characters, who – alongside our returning cast – play such a critical role in Po’s quest and his ultimate triumph over the forces of evil.”
